Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy the luxury of our rare oud fragrances and beauty rituals. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be approved in advance and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare or fragrances.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

  • Personalized or custom items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Samples, trial sizes, and any item marked Final Sale.

  • Partial returns of sets or bundles unless all items in the set are returned unopened.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate and provide a prepaid return label when we request the item back.

Preorders

  • Preorder payments are captured at checkout unless stated otherwise.

  • You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before we create the shipment label. Once a shipping label is created, the standard returns policy applies.

Exchanges

To ensure availability, place a new order for the desired item and request a return for the original item under this policy. We will process the refund once the return is received and inspected.

Gifts, Bundles, and Promotions

  • If you return part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the current standalone price of items kept.

  • Complimentary gifts with purchase must be returned unopened with the qualifying item. If not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@amberoudcosmetics.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.

    • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RMA approval.

      Ship the unopened item back to the address provided. Use trackable shipping and keep proof of postage.

       

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, opened, damaged, or missing components.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

  • Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days after inspection, plus your bank’s posting time.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.

  • If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, we may return the item to you or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping using a prepaid label.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and fees paid to carriers or customs are non-refundable. You may be able to request a refund from your local customs office.

  • If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we will refund the merchandise price less any return shipping and handling fees charged by the carrier, provided the product arrives unopened and eligible.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will issue a refund for the merchandise price minus shipping and any carrier return fees, provided the product arrives unopened and eligible.

Allergies and Sensitivities

Our products are cosmetics, not drugs. Always patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact support. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened items, but we will always assist with product guidance.
