Shipping
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our U.S. fulfillment center. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Amber & Oud Cosmetics™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
International Shipping
Amber & Oud Cosmetics proudly ships to customers around the world. International shipping is available at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
