Shipping

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our U.S. fulfillment center. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

Amber & Oud Cosmetics™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
