Delivery, Risk of Loss, and Signature

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery.

High-value orders may require a signature at delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel for pickup.
Address Changes and Order Edits

Contact support@amberoudcosmetics.com immediately if you need to update an address or cancel.

We can assist only before fulfillment begins. Once a label is created, changes are not guaranteed.
Preorders and Split Shipments

Preorder items ship within the stated window on the product page.

We may ship available items first and the remainder as a separate delivery at no extra charge.
International Shipping

We ship to the countries shown at checkout.

Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Fragrance and Hazard-restricted Items

Certain fragrance items that contain alcohol may be limited to ground shipping within eligible regions.

Some destinations do not accept these items. Any restrictions will appear at checkout.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.

We will refund the merchandise price less original shipping and any carrier return fees, provided products arrive unopened and eligible.

Return Window and Condition

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety, opened skincare or fragrances cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and shipping box.

We will replace, refund, or provide a prepaid return label when we request the item back.
How to Start a Return

Email returns@amberoudcosmetics.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Ship the unopened item using a trackable service. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RMA approval.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days after we receive the return, plus your bank’s posting time.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.
Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
International Returns

Duties and taxes paid to carriers or customs are non-refundable through us. You may contact your local customs office about a refund of those amounts.

If international parcels are refused or unclaimed and returned, we will refund the merchandise price less any return shipping and carrier fees, provided the items arrive unopened and eligible.
