Free U.S. Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

For hygiene and safety, skincare and fragrance products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return, plus your bank’s processing time.
