Yes. Every Amber & Oud Cosmetics™ formula is cruelty-free and crafted with integrity. Select products are vegan — look for the “vegan” icon on each product page.

Q: Which skin types are your products suitable for?

Our collection is formulated for all skin types, normal, dry, combination, oily, and sensitive. If your skin is reactive, start slow and patch test first.

Q: Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or phthalates?

No. We are committed to clean formulations, free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and other unnecessary fillers.

Q: Do your products contain Amber or Oud?

No. Our skincare formulas are fragrance-free and do not contain Amber or Oud ingredients. The subtle scent you experience comes from our scented paper packaging, designed to create a sensory unboxing experience, not from the skincare itself.

Q: Where are your products made?

Our skincare is proudly made in the USA and Canada. Select formulas are produced entirely in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, while others are crafted in Canada under GMP-certified standards and filled in the USA.

Q: Can I use the products together?

Yes. The Ritual of Radiance™ was designed to be layered as a complete skincare system.

Q: Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our collection is formulated for all skin types, including sensitive. Every formula is produced in GMP facilities with safety and stability testing. That said, sensitive skin varies. Patch test first and introduce new products gradually.

Q: When should I use Amber Repose™ and when should I use Oud Elixir™?

Amber Repose™ is your nighttime renewal cream, while Oud Elixir™ is your daily nourishing treatment.

Q: Do I need sunscreen with your creams or serums?

Yes. We recommend wearing SPF daily, especially when using products with active ingredients like retinol.

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then shipped. Standard delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
